Show a message in header if posts, threads or attachments are awaiting approval.

About.

• Shows a notice in header for administrators, supermoderators and moderators if posts, threads or attachments are awaiting approval.
  
• Moderators can only see notices for unapproved posts/threads/attachments from their assigned forums.
  

First Release.

Install.

1. Upload the plugin to your forum root (ensuring the folder structure is followed).
   
2. Go to your "Admin-CP: Configuration - Plugins" and click "Activate" behind "Moderator-Notice"
   
3. All done
   

Upgrade.

1. Upload the plugin to your forum root (ensuring the folder structure is followed).
   
2. All done
